Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Provider. Violations may result in suspension, device revocation, or termination of organisation access.
1. Permitted use
Use the Services only for legitimate B2B real-estate inventory operations: browsing verified stock, managing licensed devices, organisation administration, billing, and approved advertising campaigns.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sharing one login across more devices than your plan allows, or spoofing device IDs
- Scraping, bulk exporting beyond licensed features, or reselling platform data feeds
- Uploading malware, attempting to breach other tenants, or probing our systems
- Posting false inventory, impersonating builders, or fraudulent advertising creatives
- Harassment, spam, or unlawful content in any channel we provide
- Using the Services to violate privacy, intellectual property, or property laws
3. Licensing abuse
Device reclaim and revoke exist to support genuine staff turnover — not to rotate an unlimited pool of phones on a small plan. We may rate-limit reclaim, flag abuse, and require plan upgrades.
4. Advertising standards
Campaign creatives must be accurate, builder-authorised where required, and free of deceptive claims. We may pause campaigns that generate complaints or policy violations.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to hello@inventoryprovider.in.
